- Projects that place value on self-expression and the process of creating art in a relaxed atmosphere.
- Opportunities to explore the Museum’s collections with seasoned teachers who bring authentic art objects to life.
First-Second Grade
These programs are designed to expose students to a broad range of ideas and art-making experiences through theme-based classes. The emphasis is on fun!
Third-Fifth Grade
These programs are designed to strengthen technical skills through medium-specific classes. The classes emphasize developing observation skills and an ability to think independently.
Sixth-Eighth Grade
Our programs for middle school students expose them to a variety of topics and art media. The emphasis is on strengthening technical skills and on opportunities for personal exploration.
Want to stay all day?
Programs for students entering grades 1–2 are scheduled for an all-day experience. For students entering grades 3 through 8, programs are designed for half-day experiences, but can be combined to provide an all-day experience. One program for students entering grades 6 through 8 provides an all-day experience.
Early Drop Off/Late Pick Up
Early drop off is available from 7:30–9am for $5 per day, per child. Late pick up is available from 4–5:30pm for $5 per day, per child (an additional $1 per minute charge will be incurred for pick up later than 5:30pm).
Registration Information
Registrations are accepted on a space-available basis prior to the first day of class. The Orlando Museum of Art reserves the right to cancel any program that does not meet the minimum enrollment (10 students).
Full payment is required before your child’s registration will be processed (we cannot hold a space for your child until we receive payment).
