Art Adventures

Join us every month, or for just one fun playdate that uses all your senses to explore the OMA! All classes offer opportunities for advancement of fine and gross motor skills, cognitive expansion, and elements of art. A different adventure is offered each month to engage you and your child with works of art. Learn looking skills and art vocabulary to enhance your visual and creative literacy.

  • Classes taught by Arts Specialist Catherine Cross
  • $10, $8 for OMA members; 1st child free, $3 per additional child

Where the Buffalo Roam

Visit Without a Trace: Artists Imagine a World Without Us and then head to the studio to learn more about buffalo, drawing, painting, and creating with natural materials.

Paint pARTy

Explore the OMA galleries to discover color, shape, textures, frames, and more. In the studio, learn color mixing, brush strokes, frame making and take home a masterpiece ready to hang.

Build Your Own Museum!

Calling all builders, sculptors, and painters! Build your own museum from recyclables. Bring your paper towel rolls, cereal boxes, bottle caps or just use ours. Make room in the car to take home this ARTful, awesome museum to enjoy.
