The Art and Science of Color

Enjoy the exhibition Transcending Vision: American Impressionism 1870-1940 to explore how the work of the Impressionists was based on new technology, new theories about color, and new ideas about the role of artists. Engage in hands-on projects that explore color theory and how American Impressionism differs from that of Degas, Monet and other French masters.
