Faces, Places and Curious Spaces
Explore American art from the OMA permanent collection. Learn about portraits, landscapes and contemporary art as you participate in activities that emphasize literacy and fun!
Dates: Tuesday-Friday; June 14 – August 19, 2011.
Times: 10:00am, 11:30am (afternoon tours also available upon request). Each learning trip lasts approximately one hour and 15 minutes and can accommodate up to 75 students per tour time.
Audience: Students entering grades 1-8. An adapted tour that focuses on the elements of art is available for preschool and kindergarten age students.
Cost: $6 per student, no charge for limited number of chaperones.
Registration: Required with a deposit or a VISA or MasterCard number.
Bring blankets for a picnic lunch in Loch Haven Park—a great open space for games!
