Join us for the "hottest" evening event in Central Florida sponsored by PNC Bank. This is a party you won’t want to miss!
HOT... Just the thing to kick off the holiday season, this black-tie optional evening promises to be the most elegant and entertaining opening party yet with fine dining, auctions, dancing, two venues of great entertainment, and galleries filled with designer-decorated Christmas trees. Dance into the night with Buzzcatz, relax to the smooth sounds of Greg Eyma, and marvel at the amazing card tricks of magician Kostya Kimlat. Attendees will also get to play with the new party photo gadget, PhotoMingle and enjoy browsing through all areas of the Festival – Deck the Halls, the all new Growing Forest, the Holiday Boutique, an expanded Entertaining by Design, Gingerbread Village, Toyland Town, and our beautiful outdoor Holiday Garden Shop.
NEW… Also celebrated at the Red Hot Gala will be the opening of the Treasures of the OMA, an extraordinary exhibition of some of the “hottest” art treasures from OMA’s Permanent Collections. Sponsored by leaders from our political, business and cultural community, the exhibition will only be on display for the nine days of the Festival and will add a fascinating and delightful dimension to Festival’s already amazing line-up of displays, events, and activities! In addition, docents will be available that evening to give our guests special Gala tours of the Art of the Ancient Americas and African Art collections. It is, after all, all about the art!
EXCITING… For the first time ever, a limited number of reserved seats will be available at our opening party. Reserved seat guests will enjoy beautifully decorated tables with formal place settings, table gifts, and premium champagne served tableside by dedicated wait staff. Ample open seating will be available in Founders Gallery where diners will be surrounded by a special exhibition of the Contemporary American Graphics Collection. An expansive and fabulous gourmet buffet created by award-winning Chef Jamie McFadden will delight the taste buds of all of our attendees as will the offerings of our other notable restaurant sponsors, Flemings Steakhouse, Tommy Bahama Restaurant, 4 Rivers Smokehouse, Cookie Cousins and Bailey’s Coffee.
