How long does it take to go through your galleries?
Most visitors spend one to two hours viewing the exhibitions, but individual exhibitions can be viewed in less time.
Is the Museum suitable for children?
Yes, the OMA features two Discovery Centers, which are devoted to activities and educational programs related to its temporary exhibitions and permanent collections. In each Discovery Center, children and adults alike can discover ways of experiencing art through interactive activities and individual study. In addition, Gallery Activity Bags, which provide visitors with hands-on activities related to the permanent collection of American art, are available for use free of charge.
Do you offer wheelchairs?
Yes, wheelchairs are available at no extra charge. The OMA is completely accessible for visitors with disabilities. In addition, a hearing assistance system is available upon request.
Do you have a restaurant?
No, but there are many wonderful restaurants located just minutes away from the OMA.
Do I need to make reservations?
No, tickets are available at the door when you arrive. You may also purchase tickets online.
Can I bring a stroller?
Yes, you may use a stroller in the galleries.
Can I bring my camcorder and camera?
No, photography is not permitted in the galleries.
Where can I park?
Free parking is available in front of the OMA.
Do you offer appraisals?
No, the Museum does not provide appraisals of items or collections.
